Leaves & Petals is a mobile based company, so all employees must have a valid G2 or G license as well as their own source of reliable transportation.

Our team members are required to:

● Have 1+ years of gardening, garden centre, landscape or horticulture experience (preferred)
● Must be able to lift up to 20 lb.
● Thrives working in small teams to meet goals
● Has ability to problem solve
● Can conduct themselves in a professional manner with crew and clientele
● Is comfortable working in most weather conditions
